To ensure transparency and provide you with all the necessary information, we have outlined our Shipping and Return policies below.

 

Shipping Policy:

At Old Soren Motorcycle Co., we understand that our bikes can be large and heavy, requiring special shipping arrangements. Therefore, we utilize a Freight LTL (Less Than Truckload) service for all our bike shipments. Please take note of the following important details regarding our shipping policy:

  1. Delivery Appointment Required: All shipments will require a delivery appointment. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please double-check that you have provided the correct email address and phone number during checkout. This information is necessary for our Freight carrier to coordinate the delivery with you.

  2. Liftgate Services: Old Soren Motorcycle Co. happily provides liftgate services for those who require it. However, please be aware that any additional services beyond this, such as inside deliveries, will be at your own expense.

  3. Location Restrictions: Due to the nature of Freight LTL shipping, there may be certain locations that are not deliverable. If we encounter such a situation, we will promptly inform you and request an alternative address where we can deliver your bike.

  4. International Shipments: Please note that once an international shipment has been dispatched, it cannot be refunded or canceled. We strongly recommend carefully considering your purchase and verifying all details before placing an international order.

Warranty Policy:

At Old Soren Motorcycle Co., we offer a Limited Warranty on our products. Please review the following details regarding our warranty policy:

  1. Returns: Bikes are large and expensive to ship, and once they have been ridden, they are considered used. Therefore, we do not offer returns on your bike unless it arrives in a non-functional state (dead on arrival). We are not a rental store, and we highly recommend conducting thorough research before completing your purchase with us. In the event of a minor cosmetic issue, such as a scratch or paint chip, we will make an effort to provide a reasonable discount. However, this does not qualify for warranty replacement or a return.

  2. Defective Parts: For 30 days following the delivery date, we can replace any part that is deemed defective due to manufacturing issues.

  3. Power System Warranty: The power system, including the motor, controller, display, and battery, is covered by a 1-year limited warranty.

  4. Exclusions: Normal wear components such as bearings, seals, chains, brake components, and suspension valving are not covered under warranty. Additionally, warranty coverage does not extend to misuse or failure caused by damages due to accidents, collisions, neglect, alterations to wiring, installation of non-genuine parts, or use for racing purposes. Any misuse related to charging, storing, or discharging the bike will void the limited warranty.

  5. Warranty Validity: Limited warranties are non-transferable, and you must provide proof of purchase from Old Soren Motorcycle Co. before requesting warranty replacement.
