Our new 17-character VIN structure is recognized in NHTSA's federal vehicle identification database, identifying Old Soren as a U.S. motorcycle manufacturerOur manufacturer-issued VIN documentation supports the vehicle identification process for titling and registration. State registration requirements vary. Federal VIN recognition does not itself constitute vehicle safety certification or guarantee registration.
