At Old Soren Motorcycle, we understand that our bikes require special shipping arrangements due to their size and weight. Therefore, we utilize a Freight LTL (Less Than Truckload) service for all bike shipments. Here are some important details regarding our shipping policy: Customers are responsible for shipping costs and we will take care of the rest.

1. Delivery Appointment Required: To ensure a smooth delivery process, a delivery appointment is required for all shipments. Please ensure that you have provided the correct email address and phone number during checkout, as this information is necessary for our Freight carrier to coordinate the delivery with you.
2. The average motorcycle cost for shipping from Los Angeles to New York is estimated at $589
3. Liftgate Services: We offer liftgate services for those who require assistance. However, please note that any additional services beyond this, such as inside deliveries, will be at your own expense.
4. Location Restrictions: Due to the nature of Freight LTL shipping, there may be certain locations where delivery is not feasible. If we encounter such a situation, we will promptly inform you and work together to find an alternative address for the delivery.
