The Purchaser fully accepts and takes responsibility for all such risks, losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of participating in the aforementioned activities. Old Soren Motorcycles and its affiliates are released from any liability for damages resulting from the use or misuse of the purchased vehicle, including loss of revenue and monetary damages arising from manufacturer defects.

Old Soren Motorcycles makes no claims or representations regarding the legality of its bikes for operation in specific cities, states, or provinces.

The information provided on this site is for general purposes only and should not be construed as a guarantee of compliance with the laws or regulations of any specific jurisdiction.
